Are you suffering from 'skills fade'?

Your first aid skills can be lifesavers but like all skills they'll fade if they're not refreshed regularly. And three years between your First Aid at Work or Appointed person training course is plenty of time for you to forget what to do and when to do it.

We strongly encourage all first aider to practise regularly, read your first aid manual and do the quizzes on our website - just to the right.

We're also introducing a monthly first aid refresher course and we'll be contacting you each year to invite you along. It's a half day course, the core is your resus technique and the session will alos focus on those skills that you feel need refreshing.
