To qualify delegates in the safe handling of food as a part of their employment
Suitable For
Those who may be required, as part of their employment, to serve or handle food.
Suitable for carers, child fosterers & child minders.

Certification
Delegates will be awarded a Norvic certificate of attendance. Our trainers are Royal Society for Public Health (RSPH) accredited. For delegates requiring accredited certification, please see Food Safety in Catering Level 2

    Receive & store food.
        Reducing contamination of food.
        Temperature control during food storage.
    Prepare, cook, hold & serve food safely.
        Food safety hazards.
        Temperature control during food preparation, cooking, holding & serving.
        Food safety procedures.
