| Generally none, although delegates should be employed in an environment where the need for training in these skills is appropriate. |

| All delegates will receive a Norvic certificate of attendance. |

| Closed courses are held at training venues in Norwich or alternatively, courses can be arranged at your venue anywhere in the UK (subject to its suitability). |

- The importance of infection control.
- Universal precautions.
- Isolation.
- Use of protective barriers.
- Minimising the spread of infection.
- Linen handling.
- Hand washing (including practical).
- Management of clinical waste.
